Realization of complex actions towards facilitating access to employment of vulnerable groups, including through the provision of innovative integrated social - health services in the municipality Pavlikeni

The current project will provide: Accessible and sustainable services of high quality for children and adults at risk, disabled people and their families; opportinuties for the economically inactive people to access to the labour market which will improve their life quality and full inclusion in society. By the introduction of complex actions the life quality of the vulnerable groups will be improved in Pavlikeni municipality, as well as the access to community social services and the labour market. The employees’ options for social inclusion and independent life will widen. Conducting trainings for acquisition of knowledge and skills to provide innovative social service will raise the hired persons’ professional skills and motivation. The activities are of great significance for the municipality, since the people at risk and the ones with disabilities represent the predominant part of the population; perspectives and opportunities for their resocialization are absent, alternative services are not developed and so they only rely on their relatives. This is the reason why events will be carried out that focus on: professional orientation, consultation, and improvement of the access to career development services for the persons who take care of dependent family members; encouragement of their participation on the labour market, motivation and recovery of work activity. “Digital Competence” trainings and “Caregiver” professional training are foreseen, and they will give advantage to people with disabilities. The same ones will be included in the staff of an innovative social service in the community via the formation of a mobile team for home environment support. Thus occupation will be provided for the economically inactive people, incl. persons with disabilities as caregivers, and the needed complex social services will be provided for the vulnerable groups in the municipality.
