"Active involvement in the municipality of Sandanski"

"Active involvement in Sandanski Municipality" is a project proposal, which provides for a period of 18 m. to implement activities in support of social integration of people at risk, including the disabled and their families. The project includes activities whose implementation will provide a 12-month provision of necessary social services for residents of the municipality - TSSRI and developing integrated support for families with children and adults at risk. The ultimate goal is to motivate and support people with disabilities and members of families with children and adults at risk of Sandanski Municipality to start looking for a job and to integrate properly into the labor market. For maximum precision approaches in the work of providing services and support provided, the project involves activities: to study the needs, collecting and analyzing information; development of methodological documents intended for specialists who will provide integrated support manual for direct use by people with disabilities and those who care for dependent members of their families need to develop skills for independent living and promote the inclusion of market labor. The performance of activities is distributed among the beneficiary - Municipality of Sandanski and the partner organization - "Institute for Social Activities and Practices." Provider of services that will be provided during the implementation of the project will be the Municipality of Sandanski and ISUO Foundation will partner in the performance in studies, development of methodological documents, supervision, monitoring. As a result of the project is expected to: the expansion of social services in the municipality with those who are involved in local strategic documents and meet specific needs through the implementation of integrated and comprehensive approaches to social inclusion and participation in the labor market of people with disabilities and families of children and adults at risk / including disabled.
