Support for vulnerable groups and members of their families in Devin municipality

In Devin municipality the people with disabilities have complex needs to be satisfied, including health and psychological support in order to overcome the social exclusion and poverty.The project proposal will provide 40 disabled individuals with complex social services,connected to their individual needs based on individual assessment.On one side this will provide economically inactive population with jobs, and on the other hand it will permit the people with disabilities to choose their personal assistant.The access to integrated social services will be granted through creation of a center for social services for inclusion in the society or in home environment. The premises to be equipped are municipal property. The center will provide psychological support, consultancy and supervision of the personnel,complex care for the clients of the services, and also psychological and motivational support for the people caring for the individuals with disabilities in their families. The project will comply with the services provided by other municipality projects, financed by other schemes such as Help at home, Alternatives under OP HRD 2007-2013; as well as procedure New alternatives under OP HRD 2014-2020.Currently Devin Municipality is implementing a similar project, but having in mind that there are another 40 individuals with disabilities that are in the waiting list, the current project proposal comes into help.The project proposal also foresees: - Round table with the following topic:Improvement of the access to services for career development of economically inactive individuals, caring for their relatives with disabilities;Initiatives for professional advice and consultancy for people with disabilities and their families;Training for professional qualification for economically inactive individuals and/or adults at risk, caring for disabled members of their families. The project will be implemented on the territory of Devin municipality for the period of 17 months.
