Social inclusion of people with disabilities in Asenovgrad Municipality and facilitate their access to employment

The project proposal will be implemented through the provision of support under Priority Axis № 2 "Reducing poverty and promote social inclusion" OP "Human Resources Development" 2014 - 2020. The project is in line with the main strategic documents aimed at creating conditions for full integration of people with disabilities - long-term strategy for employment of people with disabilities 2011 - 2020, updated strategy to ensure equal opportunities for people with disabilities 2008 - 2015 g . National strategy for long-term care and the National health strategy 2014 - 2020, as well as with regional and municipal development strategy of social services and will respond to the specific needs of target groups. Target groups of the project are: - People with disabilities and their families; - Older people at risk: people depending on care because of disability or inability to conduct an independent and autonomous life or at risk of social exclusion and social exclusion; - Inactive persons: persons who are not registered in the labor offices or not employed. The project will be provided social service "personal assistant" and will reveal Center innovative services. For this purpose, Asenovgrad Municipality will provide suitable building, which will be carried out repairs and purchase equipment and furnishings. Will be hired a team of specialists who will provide various activities to support people with disabilities. Will provide information and counseling to family members who care for people with disabilities on the enforcement of labor and social rights and their ability to return to the labor market.
