"Improvement of access to employment and promotion of social inclusion of vulnerable groups at "Tsar Kaloyan" municipality"

The current project proposal corresponds directly to the goals of "Active inclusion" procedure and Human resources development program 2014-2020. Its main objective is development of modern and effective models of social support and integration of vulnerable groups in municipality of "Tsar Kaloyan" and deliverance of social services at a good quality. The execution of the project proposal will improve the quality of life, decrease the level of unemployment and poverty of the target groups throughout education, training, innovative social services and inclusion in the labor market of 69 persons of vulnerable groups (disabled persons and their families and long-term unemployed). In order to achieve the above mentioned objectives, the project proposal envisages creation and development of effective social services that correspond to the specific needs of the target groups, meet the needs of the community and assures equal access and quality. This will be achieved throughout: 1) provision of professional training and training on key competences according to the individual needs of the target groups; 2) provision of employment for 30 persons of the target group after participation in training; 3) provision of training and individual support for vulnerable groups and members of the family that look after a disabled family member - development of individual programs in order to improve their access to the labor market; 4) provision of motivation, psychological support, educational and family consulting aiming at inclusion in the social life of the community. The project proposal includes activities that aim to present the positive role of the disabled persons in the society and limit the negative attitudes toward them throughout information campaign during the project period. The project includes also information, communication and project management activities.
