The project aims to develop within an innovative social service integrated methods and practices for active and mobile working with disabled people of working age to facilitate access to employment for this vulnerable group of disadvantaged persons on the territory of the Burgas Municipality. Within Component 2 the project foresees to furnish and equip the facilities necessary, to begin providing the innovative social service "Mobile teams in support of persons with disability" and to provide support towardsfinding jobs and improve access to employment of 30 persons from target group. Within Component 1 the project will provide intermediary services in the labor market to 30 persons with disabilities, trainings in professional qualification and acquisition of key competencies will be delivered to 24 representatives of the target group. two workplaceswill be adapted and subsidized employment will be provided to two persons with disabilities. The information and communication events will include: an event for the beginning and end of the project; an information leaflet; one broadcast in local cable TV; creating and maintaining a link to the project on the website of the applicant, 1 information board at the office of the service.
