Innovative comprehensive model for active involvement by training, incentives for full employment and access to workplaces by the Center for special children's educational support.

This project proposal aims to propose relevant action for the achievement of an integrated social assistance for active involvement of relevant social risk group - parents of children with special educational needs (SEN). By eradication of the primary signals of insufficient or missing social, legal or other information for employers will be appointed researching of their attitudes in correspondence with the opportunities of the target group for active lifestyles, the results of which will be used to create active involvement in the economic sphere. During the active work with employers' organizations will allow 30 parents to take an active participation in key competencies trainings - linguistic and digital. Will be organized a presentation of graduates participants among potential employers using developing profiles and a total of 13 persons will be employed for six months by the applicant and it’s partners to social, administrative and commercial positions, constantly assisted and motivated by a psychologist and a lawyer. To ensure free and calm learning and working process for parents, will be created innovative educational services for their children -"Children's Academy", where will be developed and implemented innovative different directional therapies to their children with SEN. Will be formed a team of experts, therapists, teacher, psychologist, speech therapist and others, by renting, equipment and furnishing of suitable premises for the formation of a complete social service as an integrated approach to parental career with temporary activities for children. Will be create a management team of manager, accountant, coordinator and technical assistant, who will support, administer and report activities and results during the whole period. Will be organized an information campaigns on the different stages of the project implementation in order information about the objectives and the support provided from the EU to achieve to the general public.
