Daily center for adults with disabilities - a chance for active involvement

The project proposal is directed towards people with disabilities and their families. The project will cover minimum 1000 representatives of the target group of direct beneficiaries. The project will implement the following activities: Activity 1 Project Management Component 2 Action 2 Information and Communication Component 2 Action 3 Development of a "Daily Center for adults with disabilities" Component 2 Action 4 Functioning of the "Daily Center for adults with disabilities" Component 2 Within component 2 of the project proposal will be provided services regulated by IRSAA, namely development of a "Daily Center for adults with disabilities". The disclosure of that social services will meet the specific needs of its target group associated with lack of health services and rehabilitation; social exclusion in the community; lack of daily / hourly care; lack of support for the family. The main activities in the daily center aim limiting of social isolation for adults with disabilities. The process of social integration is tiered and includes the implementation of various programs tailored to specific needs. The main priority of the training and therapeutic activities is to achieve practical and social autonomy of adults with disabilities.
