"Improving access to employment and providing innovative social - health services to vulnerable groups in the municipality Venetz"

Ensuring accessible, high quality and sustainable services for families and adults at risk, people with disabilities and their families, as well as opportunities for access to the labor market for economic inactivity is one of the effective tools to improve their quality of life and for their full inclusion in society. The project implementation will improve the quality of life of yazvimite groups access to social services in the community and experimental work by introducing complex activities in the municipality of Venetz. The activities are of great importance for the municipality, as the elderly and people with disabilities lack prospects and opportunities for socialization, not developed alternative services and rely solely on their loved ones. In this regard will be held events for guidance and counseling and improved access to services for career development, promoting participation in the labor market, motivating and restoration of labor activity conducted training on "Digital competence" and vocational training for "Carer" will be ensured employment of persons with disabilities, and will be launched innovative social service: "Social and health services through mobile teams" and thus will employ economically inactive persons and will be provided essential social services for vulnerable groups in the municipality. Will take place initiatives to inform and promote the capacity of people with disabilities, their positive role in society in order to break stereotypes and change attitudes of society and employers to them by informing them sufficient opportunities for people with disabilities.
