Center complex services

The overall priority of the “Centre for complex services” project proposal is development and enhancing the opportunities for improvement of the quality of life of people with disabilities and their families. This is the purpose to foresee the creation of a Centre affording the opportunity for complex services for social inclusion in the community and in domestic environment, where a team of specialists in different specialities will work depending on the concrete needs of the people from the target groups. The team, in close cooperation with consultants, will perform personal social assessment to identify the specific needs and necessities of each candidate user. Based on this assessment, every approved candidate will be offered complex services after signing a contract. People from the target groups will be trained and assigned as social assistants. Specialists for complex support of the target groups will be assigned too, including information and consultation, vocational guidance, psychological support, etc., in order to facilitate the access to services, improving the information environment and better communication. Key principle in the implementation of the activities of the project will be their commitment to the specific needs and necessities of the people from the target groups to overcome the social isolation and providing an integrated access to services satisfying these needs and necessities.
