Making steps to improve access to employment and promote social inclusion in Gulyantsi municipality

This project proposal is part of the continuous efforts of the Municipality to improve the social sector and services and contribute to the active execution of the aim in the field of employment - combating poverty and social exclusion for persons with disabilities /including disabled children/. Namely through: - Implementation of integrated approaches to motivate and encourage participation in the labor market for persons who are taking care for dependent family members /incl. children with disabilities/ by service Personal Assistant for 25 persons with disabilities and their families -12 months. - Providing training for acquisition /improvement of qualification of 30 persons from the target group /family members with disabilities for those delivered by the service - Personal Assistant (for professions technician 24 landscaper and 6 guards) - 6 mths. - Employ 14 carers who have been taking care for people with disabilities from the family/ incl. children with disabilities / selected according to their degree of disabilities - 6 mths. -- Integrated complex measures to support employment and improve access to employment for persons with lower degree of disabilities with the average number of 30 persons. - Organization of Labor Services (2 events); Seminars and lectures and Consulting and trainings (5 modules)- for the whole project. The project intervention will have a positive cumulative effect on all of the target groups. The activities are being planned so that there will be a connection of integrity, complex and reflection over all of the target groups. In accordance with the Rules and Procedures of the program, all expenses applied and covered in the budget will correspond to the activities described above (including "Organization and Management" and "Information and communication")and refer to the stages of implementation. Resources to carry out the activities will be planned in appropriate quantity and quality and at the best price for the activity.
