"Active care through social support"

The "Active care through social support" project aims to expand the opportunities for improving the quality of life of people with disabilities and their families and increase their motivation for independent lifestyle by promoting equal opportunities for these individuals for employment and market integration labor also providing opportunities for the people who want to return to the labor market of people who care for their loved ones with disabilities. Results of the project are to have disabled participants over 18, receiving services and unemployed participants who started work.
