"Active care through social support"

The "Active care through social support" project aims to expand the opportunities for improving the quality of life of people with disabilities and their families and increase their motivation for independent lifestyle by promoting equal opportunities for these individuals for employment and market integration labor also providing opportunities for the people who want to return to the labor market of people who care for their loved ones with disabilities. The main activities that will be implemented within the project are under Priority Axis 2 "Reducing poverty and promoting social inclusion 'with a specific objective 2" Increasing the number of disabled people who started looking for work or are employed by providing social and health services, through integrated measures for people with disabilities and their families "down under Component 2 of the procedure, with complementary activities under Priority Axis 1" Improving access to employment and job quality at workplace. " Component 1 measures are aimed at families of people with disabilities who are a target group of Component 2. Results of the project are to have disabled participants over 18, receiving services and unemployed participants who started work.
