"Active and growing space for equal opportunities"

Project activities are implemented under Priority Axis 1 of the OP HRD, Investment Priority 1, Specific objective 1 – increasing the numbers of initiated unemployed or inactive people aged between 30- 54 and Priority 2 of the HRD OP, Investment priority 2, Specific objective 1 – increasing the numbers of members of families with children /incl. disabled/ who started looking for a job or are in employment after provided integrated social inclusion measures, Specific Objective 2 - increasing the numbers of disabled people who started looking for a job or are in employment by providing social and health services, incl. through integrated measures for people with disabilities and their families. In the project proposal are included eligible activities under Component 1 and Component 2, as a commitment and complementary measures for the two components are made, as well as ensured commitment for the target groups. According to Component 1 employment for 30 people with disabilities in the provision of brokerage services for a period of six months is intended, adapted and equipped workplaces according to their needs, as well as provided specialized transportation to and from the workplace. Component 2 activities provide differentiation, renovation and equipping of "Active and growing space for equal opportunities", in which should be implemented integrated approaches to motivate and encourage participation in the labor market for people caring for dependent family members, including disabled children, by conducting motivational, psychological or other support for individuals according to their individual needs - labor legal advice, medical, social, educational and psychological support to improve access to the labor market on the one hand, and on the other hand to provide care for children with disabilities, depending on their specific needs: individual, group, family, therapeutic workshops (psychomotor, writing, music, modeling, etc.).
