Integrated approaches to active inclusion of vulnerable groups through training and employment and creating sociohealth center for the residents of the municipality of Kotel

Municipality of Kotel presented a project proposal in this procedure to a higher and quality employment, reduce poverty and promote social inclusion. There are activities for Component 1 and Component 2. The project proposal foresees a process of identifying users applying for use of services and participation in measures for inclusion in the labor market in Component 1 and validation of end users of services Component 2. The project provides learning opportunities for 40 persons from the following target groups of the project: carers of dependent family members who are without personal income and can not meet their basic needs; people at risk of social exclusion and poverty and inactive persons, and the acquisition of professional skills and qualifications in occupations "Worker landscaping" and "Associate Social Activities" Component 1. The professions are tailored to the needs of the local labor market. The training will be held after completion of the identification of the target group, and after conducting a survey reflecting the individual needs of each person. Municipality Kotel, as a beneficiary of the project is committed to hiring 10 trainees 2 occupations for up to six months, which would be a prerequisite for easy integration into the labor market. And providing service Personal / Social Assistant in the home of 25 persons from the target group. Will be detached 2 rooms to provide integrated health and social services advisory, health and cabinet for social rehabilitation and training for this purpose will be hired relevant experts to undertake both work in offices and in the field, providing mobile service. The information and publicity include coverage of all initiatives with the target group and promote integrated service provided in the municipality of Kotel.
