The implementation of the project entitled "Improving the quality of life of people with disabilities and their families in the municipality of Madan" aims to improve the quality of life of people with disabilities and their families and increase their motivation for independent living by providing innovative integririani social and health services, which in turn allow for the return of the real market of people who care for them. Envisaged providing employment to 53 the number of unemployed / inactive persons caring for dependent family members , as well as providing innovative integrated services of 50 persons. It is foreseen to the following activities: 1) Creation of Branch I of the Center for hourly service provision for social inclusion in the community and at home / CHSPSICH / -Madan. 2) Selection and recruitment in Branch I of CHSPSICH-Madan providing services to consumers. 3) Awareness campaign and selection of users of innovative integrated social and health services - 50 persons. 4) Implementation of integrated approaches to motivate and encourage participation in the labor market for persons caring for dependent family members. 5) Provide training for acquiring professional qualification "social assistance". 6) Information and publicity. 7) Organization and Management.
