Promoting social inclusion of people with disabilities and their families by establishing a Center for Social Rehabilitation and Integration and providing innovative social service - hourly service

The overall objective of the project is to increase the number of disabled people who started looking for work or are employed by providing social and health services, incl. through integrated measures for people with disabilities and their families. Specific objectives: 1. To establish a Center for social rehabilitation and integration in Kuklen. 2. To support individual development, maintenance and acquisition of new skills and autonomy of at least 50 persons with various types and degrees of disability, through targeted activities for integration and prevention of social exclusion. 3. To increase the number of people with disabilities and their family members who have started to look for work or are employed by providing a variety of consulting, therapeutic and rehabilitation activities aimed at establishing, maintaining and expanding the social skills of a minimum of 50 users and their families. 4. Provide opportunities to return to the labor market of people who care for loved ones with disabilities by providing hourly service. The main activities: 1. Renovation and repair of the premises, which will provide services - CSRI 2. Delivery of appropriate equipment and furniture for CSRI 3. Provision of social services in the community - CSRI as defined in Law 4. Establishment and operation of an innovative form of social service in the community - providing hourly service for persons with disabilities 5. Information and communication 6. Organization and Project Management Target group of the project are people with disabilities and their families. As a result of the project a minimum of 80 persons with various types and degrees of disability and their families will improve their quality of life. The project implementation will extend the capabilities of people with disabilities and their families, will increase their motivation for independent living and promote equal opportunities for employment and integration into the labor market.
