Establishing of a society center to provide hourly social services "Personal Assistant", "Social Assistant" and "Center for Social Rehabilitation and Integration" in the municipality of Ruse

This project proposal creates conditions for improving the quality of life and access to services for social inclusion in response to complex and health needs of children and people with disabilities who can‘t serve themselves. The main idea is to overcome the consequences of social exclusion and poverty. The aim of the project proposal is to expand the opportunities for improving the quality of life of children and persons with disabilities and their families. This will increase their motivation for independent lifestyle; will promote equal opportunities for these persons for employment and integration into the labor market. With the project will be implemented integrated actions to improve access to employment of vulnerable groups through the provision of innovative social and health services by providing hourly service "Personal assistant" and "Social assistant" and by detecting „Center of social rehabilitation and integration“, social support for people who have a partial or complete inability to self-service and are at risk of isolation. With the project will be implemented integrated actions to improve access to employment of vulnerable groups through the provision of innovative social and health services. We will look for opportunities to return to the labor market of people who care for loved ones with disabilities. The project implementation will build on the good results achieved in OP HRD 2007-2013 and OP HRD 2014-2020, giving a wider scope and range of activities towards the provision of integrated services to the needs of people with disabilities and to facilitate access to employment of vulnerable groups.
