The present project proposal is in full compliance with the National Strategy "Vision for deinstitutionalization of children in the Republic of Bulgaria" as well as the updated Action Plan for it. The project includes a set of activities for the formation of skills for autonomy, learning and work, as well as support for the personal development for mentally retarded children and adolescents accommodated in two CNST in Botevgrad. Activities are planned in a way that allows the use of all possible resources, including existing services, to reach as many users as possible and to provide more diverse services. As a result, it is expected that the personal knowledge of children and young people will be improved to deal with life independently. As well as developing attitudes towards behavior that promotes the user's full development for social integration.
