"We have found and supported you"

The project " We have found and supported you“was developed in line with the objectives set out in Priority Axis № 2 "Reducing poverty and promote social inclusion" OP "Human Resources Development" 2014 - 2020.The main objective of the project is to support activities to promote the social inclusion of 35 children and young people, with disabilities residing in resident-type social services on the territory of Lovech region. Within the project, four social work programs will be developed and implemented to support personal development. The project will extend the possibilities for improving the quality of life of 35 children and young people up to 29 years with and without disabilities from the target group and their families; promote equal opportunities, raise readiness for successful social inclusion. The participation of the target group in local events and the organization of local support activities for local social activities and initiatives will further create opportunities for facilitating the processes of their social.
