The project proposal will be implemented through the provision of support under Priority Axis № 2 "Reducing poverty and promote social inclusion" OP "Human Resources Development" 2014 - 2020. The main objective of the project is to promote the social inclusion of 20 disadvantaged children and young people living in resident type social services by implementing measures to develop their skills for self-reliance, learning and work and supporting them in their personal development. . The activities envisaged will enhance opportunities for improving the quality of life of 20 children and youth accommodated in resident type social services and their families; their equal opportunities will be promoted. The activities of the Foundation will be further developed through the implementation of the programs developed for the project in the direction of personal development and social realization and by the inclusion of children and young people from the target group in the local initiatives which support their personal development. The implementation of the project on one hand will create real prerequisites for the social inclusion of the children and youth from the target group and on the other hand will prevent future exclusion from social life
