The project proposal is aimed at 65 children,living in seven resident-type services in Sredets,Elhovo,Yambol and Sliven to acquire and build their skills for independent living through training in social skills,emotional intelligence,civic education and professional orientation. The following activities will be carried out:1.Development of social skills and independent living skills,which are aimed at developing self-sufficiency in the structuring of daily,educational,cultural and recreational needs,building a system of values ​​that enhance the opportunities for socialization;2.Professional orientation for development of attitudes towards choosing a future profession and increasing the motivation of children and young people to continue their education and targeting appropriate education;3."My duties and my responsibilities"-acquiring knowledge about the rights and principles of equality of the citizens,their responsibilities and obligations,the purpose and functions of the institutions,the law and order,4.Personal development and emotional intelligence-self-knowledge,behavioral and communicative models, stimulation of social contacts;5.Improving the involvement of volunteers and parents/close relatives of children in joint activities-stimulating of 9 parents to carry out joint events to promote the development of relationships in order to establish the parent-child relationship and increase the chances of reintegration;6.Information and communication activity-giving an information about the project,the results achieved and the contribution of the OP HRD 2014-2020.As a result of the project proposal,4 programs will be developed and adapted for two age groups-7-11 and 12-18 y old.These programs will be provided to service staff for future use by other children.The libraries of toys and books created in each of the 7 resident-type services will be used by accommodated children,volunteers and their parents/relatives after the project activities have been completed.
