FIND ME FOR THE WORLD, FIND THE WORLD FOR ME!

Candidate - FSD Ruse as an NGO. It is established in 2016 and operates on the territory of Ruse municipality. Project target groups: totally 30 users of the resident-type services „Family-type placement centre for children without disabilities“, provided by the BRC Ruse, the service „Sheltered homes for mentally retarded persons”, provided by FSF Ruse, and the service “Family-type placement centre for children and young people with disabilities“, provided by a non-profit association”. Beneficiaries: 20 persons from the target groups – 6 children aged 7-15 years without disabilities and 14 young people with disabilities aged 17-29; General objective of the project – to encourage the social inclusion of the disadvantaged children and young people from the target group, including those with disabilities and at risk, accommodated in resident-type services, though implementation of measures for building self-reliance skills, supporting their self-development and encouraging their social integration. Specific objectives: 1. To encourage social inclusion in the community of 20 project beneficiaries – users of the two services; 2. To support self-development of 20 project beneficiaries. The project objectives will be achieved by providing the main activities for affecting the beneficiaries: Development and implementation of group and individual programmes for support of self-development and social inclusion of 20 project beneficiaries - children without disabilities and young people with disabilities, users of the three services; Digital competence training (key competence 4) and training for building a capacity for prevention of risk behaviours and attitudes towards social engagement; Result indicators: 1 provider of services for social inclusion, with expanded range of activities; 20 project beneficiaries – children aged 7-15 and young people with disabilities, aged up to 29 years – users of resident-type services, provided with access to social inclusion services.
