Promoting the social inclusion of children and youths through support for professional and personal development.

During the implementation of the project, programs will be developed and implemented for individual and group work and counseling for the professional and personal development of children and adolescents up to 29 years of age, including disability residing in residential services and their families. Professional psychological counseling will be provided to the representatives of the target group as well as career counseling. The development of volunteering in the community in youth work as well as in working with parents will be encouraged. The project implements programs on the principle of assistance for training, assistance in finding a realization of young people with disabilities and subsequent motivational support in starting work in accordance with the type, degree of disability and functional skill of each person. The project aims to promote the social inclusion of disadvantaged children and young people, including those with disabilities and at risk, through the realization of measures in the direction of forming skills for autonomy, learning, supporting the personal development and realization of their full potential.The aim of the project will be achieved through the following activities: 1. Development of programs for individual and group work in connection with support for the personal development and social inclusion of children and youth accommodated in residential services. 2. Implementation of individual and group work programs in support of the personal development and social inclusion of children and youth accommodated in residential services 4. Providing training to acquire knowledge on key competency 2 "Communication in foreign languages" and key competency 4 "Digital competence" of the persons in the target group 5.
