"ALTERNATIVES"

The overall objective of the project is to support the process of preventing institutionalization and promoting the social inclusion of disadvantaged and at-risk children and at-risk residents. The specific objective of the project proposal is to develop an integrated modular program aimed at building skills for autonomy, learning, work and supporting personal development, to be implemented by involving 30 disadvantaged and at-risk children in residential social services in Pazardzhik District. The project will develop in three stages: - In the first stage - 5 months - an integrated program for social inclusion "Alternatives" will be developed, based on several proven programs of the organization and the actual needs of the target groups. 3 modules for individual work and 3 group training modules will be developed or adapted; - In the second phase - 25 months - the program will be implemented. The main "Mediator" module will be used to cover the input, implementation and output of the program. The other 2 - "Counselor" and "Casting Talent" individual work modules will focus on target-specific needs and problems. Through the individual modules, the participants will be directed to the 3rd training group modules: "Team Yundola" - focusing on the creative talents of the children / young people; "Alternative summer" - focusing on independence skills and "Solid basis for the future" - focusing on personal development. - In the third stage - 4 months - the program will be evaluated and analyzed; 3 events will be prepared and conducted to present the results with the participation of target groups, module leaders and all stakeholders. The project will cover 30 disadvantaged children and young people from 8 to 29 years of age, placed in residential services in Pazardzhik District, divided into 3 main groups of 10 children.
