The overall goal of the project is to encourage the social integration of children and youth, accommodated in residential services, by developing and implementing measures to support their personal and professional development and independent living skills formation. The specific goals of the project are: 1. Support the personal development and independent life skills formation of children and youth, including with disabilities and at risk, who use residential care, by developing and implementing complex programs for group and individual work. 2. Increase the future professional realization opportunities of disadvantaged children and youth by including them in specialized trainings on key competences, vocational guidance and support for access to education. The target group included in the project consists of 80 disadvantaged children and young people, incl. with disabilities, using residential services in the municipalities of Gotse Delchev, Krumovgrad, Berkovitsa and Svilengrad. The goals set will be achieved through the following main activities: development and implementation of complex programs for group and individual work, aimed at professional and personal development, support for access to education, acquisition and development of skills for independent living, etc.; inclusion of children and young people from the target groups in key competence training – foreign language communication and digital competence; provision of specialized training to young people over the age of 16, aimed at professional realization - orientation on the labor market, generation of business ideas and formation of entrepreneurial skills.
