Self-dealing

Project offer presents an opportunity to create an individual programs for the development of the personality and social inclusion of children under the age of 18, resident in residential services – Centers for family-type accommodation for children, Stazhitsa town. The accent of the programs is self-dealing, and motivation for social inclusion combined with career guidance. The project includes activities other than those carried out by residential and social services teams in the community - achieving social integration through the creation of a dance club, organizing interest groups, musical performances, conduct a social inclusion round table for participants in the project, individual work with employers to organize "Open Days" and professional guidance for children, attract adherents, stakeholders and volunteers. The activities are carried out by a multidisciplinary team of specialists with a different profile of education and qualification. The project encompasses the social integration of target groups - children residing in resident services as a process and as a result. For the social integration of children the project envisages the construction of a social network, hers maintenance and reconstruction. One of the most complex tasks that the project solves is to overcome the resistance of the community to show tolerance and empathy to children placed in an institution. Equally important is the task of ending the social exclusion of children and their social inclusion outside the group of residents of the resident service. The project also envisages acquainting with the conditions in the monitored dwelling "The colorful house", managed by the Bulgarian Red Cross in order to create a job opportunity, continuing the training for a period of one year and independent life after that. Seven children will be bent in an intervention for deinstitutionalization.
