I know I can and will prove it

The main objective of the project is to prevent the institutionalization and promotion of the social inclusion of 50 children and young people up to 29 years of age, including disabled, accommodated in a temporary placement center and family-type residential accommodation on the territory of Sofia through the formation of skills for autonomy, work and support for personal development. Our efforts will be directed to working with one of the most risky groups of children and adolescents, namely those who use social service temporary accommodation as a substitute for the family environment. In themselves, they are children and youngsters raised in a family environment, but the family is unable and unwilling to ensure the proper living and development of their children. The lack of key factors such as an inclusive social environment, financial resources, changed patterns of family behavior reinforce the impact on institutionalization. With the implementation of the project, we will contribute to preventing the institutionalization and promotion of the social inclusion of 50 children and young people up to 29 years of age in residential services through: - development and implementation of individual and group work programs in support of the personal development and social inclusion of children and youth accommodated in residential services; - conducting training in skills for independent living, support for successful social integration; - personal development through the provision of football training The above activities are aimed at assessing the needs and opportunities of children and young people and on the basis of it developing specialized specialized programs for the development of the resources and capacities of children and young people, on the one hand, to increase self-esteem and self-esteem and, on the other, to building social capacity and opportunities for social inclusion so that they can take a stand-alone way of living outside the institution.
