"Outlet - Hope" - Social contribution through employment of socially vulnerable persons

The essence of the project proposal is in line with the EU strategy "Europe 2020" strategy for combating poverty, promoting social inclusion and higher employment. The approach is taken, relying this happen by creating a social enterprise to "Foundation for social change and inclusion" that will provide services of social value and benefits. The activities of the company will be divided into several main areas: Production, sale and delivery of hot meals, organization, delivery and catering service event organization and its partners (business and NGOs) with catering services. The project proposal consists of the following activities: -Activity 1 is aimed at creating a social enterprise "Outlet - Hope" C implementation of Activity 2 design could be achieved substantive provision of the established social enterprise - will be purchased assets and rent a room that will be carried out; -Activity 3 is connected with the appointment of 14 persons from socially vulnerable groups, some of them are young people who have undergone the program of the Foundation "Home Opportunity." The activity is also the last stage to the full functionality of the established enterprise. C implementation of the "Activity 4" of this project proposal is intended to be assigned mentors who will support the daily work of individuals targeted for 4 hours every day for the first six months of their employment. So constructed project implies a clear, sharp and successful implementation of the objectives of the procedure "Development of social entrepreneurship." Objectives of the project and the results are consistent with the priorities and indicators on the procedure "Development of social entrepreneurship", respectively OPHRD 2014-2020. The successful implementation of planned activities rely on financial support from the ESF through procedure "Development of social entrepreneurship."
