"Development of social entrepreneurship to improve access to employment of disadvantaged groups in the Municipality of Belovo"

This project proposal aims to achieve some of the main objectives of the EU strategy "Europe 2020" as fighting poverty, promoting social inclusion and higher employment. The project envisages the objectives to be achieved through the creation of social enterprise (SE) to the structure of the Municipality of Belovo (Activity 1). The project is scheduled to be purchased equipment (Activity 2) and be employed representatives of vulnerable groups (Activity 3). The main services that the enterprise will provide associated with maintenance, cleaning and promotion of cultural and historical sites in the Municipality of Belovo - cultural monuments, as well as others. buildings and institutions related to cultural life in Belovo Municipality. Activity 4 is dedicated to helping employees of mentors as focus of activity is organizational and professional support in a work environment. The last project activity (Activity 5) is expected to be commissioned study on the development of social enterprise which provides guidance on sustainability, efficiency and long term. In conclusion it must be said that the project is aimed at solving the problems with the implementation of the labor market targeted by two target groups - "people with disabilities" and "persons disadvantaged in the labor market and other socially excluded persons". Considering the problems and needs inherent to the target groups, the project aims to create the appropriate conditions for a functioning social enterprise, which is expected to be created through the implementation of planned activities and achievement of the specific objectives.
