Creating a social enterprise to "Bistra Mitseva" Ltd. providing support, motivation and social integration of disadvantaged people in the labor market and other socially excluded people

The project aims at ensuring the social integration of disadvantaged persons in the labor market and other socially excluded persons by creating a social enterprise /Consulting Business Development Center/ and achieve long-term and sustainable results with a multiplier effect. Project activities are aimed at promoting social inclusion and recovery of lost social skills and habits by providing conditions for personal and professional development, social and psychological support, professional and motivational training. The project duration is 14 months. Main project activities: Organization and management;Information and publicity; Selection of target groups; Establishment and development of a Center for psychological support, motivation and social integration of vulnerable groups; Creation and development of social enterprise "Consulting Center for Business Development";Purchase of equipment, furniture, tangible fixed assets; Conduction of professional training to 4 of already hired people from the target group;Conducting training in key competence 4 "Digital competence" to the 7 of already hired people in the social enterprise;Exploring of demand and opportunities for market realization provided consulting services for starting business and development; Promoting the social economy and social entrepreneurship through social marketing. Results: Established social enterprise with clearly defined social mission and vision for development; Building a sustainable attitude for active behavior in the labor market for individuals from vulnerable groups, providing conditions for maximum adaptation to the public, social and professional life; Created "Center for psychological support, motivation and social integration" to social enterprise, providing social and psychological consultations to the target group; Supporting social inclusion of target groups for transition to the real labor market, guaranteeing their access to employment and minimize the risk of social exclusion.
