Development of social entrepreneurship by providing employment to vulnerable groups in "ASA" Ltd.

The successful realization of the project will lead to the development of social entrepreneurship in "Asa" Ltd. and will contribute to overcoming deficits related to social inclusion of vulnerable groups by creating appropriate conditions for their professional integration in the social economy. First "Asa" Ltd. will create 6 new jobs, the role of which will be directed towards realization of the future social activity of the company. Second, the organization will contribute to reducing the overall unemployment and in particular unemployment among vulnerable labor market groups. As a result of the increased efficiency and effectiveness of the organization will be ensured the sustainability of the project results. The target group of the e disadvantaged in the labor market and other socially excluded persons, particularly young people up to 29 years. The main objective of the project is the formation of social enterprise within the company and the creation of 6 new sustainable jobs for unemployed people. Some of the specific goals include the purchase of equipment necessary for the formation of the corresponding new jobs and ensure they implement project activities, providing favorable working conditions for newly hired employees and increase their overall qualification by fulfilling professional commitments aimed directly at social activities. This will result in motivated and high performance of their professional duties and the good image of the organization in the field of social economy and high quality of its social services. In addition are planned social marketing activities and promotion of the social economy and social entrepreneurship.
