Development of social entrepreneurship by providing employment for vulnerable groups in "Ambulatoria za individualna praktika za parvichna medicinska pomosht - D-R MARIYA ALEKSANDROVA" Ltd.

The successful realization of the project will satisfy the needs of both the "Ambulatoria za individualna praktika za parvichna medicinska pomosht - D-R MARIYA ALEKSANDROVA" Ltd. and will contribute to overcoming deficits related to social inclusion of vulnerable groups by creating good and healthy conditions for their professional integration in the social economy. The main objective is the creation of a new social enterprise within the company. First "Ambulatoria za individualna praktika za parvichna medicinska pomosht - D-R MARIYA ALEKSANDROVA" Ltd. will create 7 new jobs, the role of which will be directed towards realization of future social activity of the company, and thus improving the quality of services offered by the company. Second, the company will contribute to reducing the overall unemployment and in particular unemployment among vulnerable labor market groups. As a result of increased efficiency and effectiveness of the company's activities will ensure sustainability of the project results.The target group of the e disadvantaged in the labor market and other socially excluded persons, unemployed persons over 54 years. The main objective of the project is the formation of social enterprise within the company and creation of 7 new sustainable jobs for people from vulnerable groups and their involvement in the organization by creating a home for the elderly with 24 hour care. Some of the specific goals include hiring of premises and purchase of necessary equipment required for the formation of respective jobs and carry out social activities of the applicant.Providing favorable conditions of work and raising their overall qualification by fulfilling professional commitments aimed directly at social activities.This will result in motivated and high performance of their professional duties and the good image of the organization in the field of social economy and high quality of its social services.
