"Support for the social and professional inclusion of vulnerable groups and socially excluded through the creation of a social enterprise"

The project proposal generates ideas and mechanisms for the creation of the Social Enterprise - "Studio for professional installation of car foils". The project aims at facilitating access to employment and promoting the social inclusion of persons from vulnerable groups by creating suitable conditions for their professional and social integration in the sphere of the social economy.   The project addresses intentions for initiatives in the context of the objectives and priorities set out in the HRD OP 2014-2020 and is aimed at facilitating easy access to employment for vulnerable groups, socially excluded people and people with low competitiveness on the labor market, jobs, income, training and modernly-equipped jobs in the sphere of the social economy. The social enterprise will achieve a measurable, positive social impact on individuals from vulnerable groups.  The main activities envisaged in the project proposal are: -Hiring and providing employment to unemployed and / or inactive persons and the team of the social enterprise; -Psychological support and motivation; -Provision with materials, consumables and equipment of newly created jobs; -Vizualization, information and publicity; -Organisation and project management.  The activities are aimed at providing equal opportunities for different people, representatives of vulnerable groups and other socially excluded persons.  7 new jobs will be created, 6 of them for unemployed and / or inactive persons - target group: -up to 29 years of age; -long-term unemployed; -person over 54 years old. The main objective of the project is to ensure easy access to employment and to support the social inclusion of vulnerable groups by opening up a social enterprise and creating the right conditions for social and professional integration in the sphere of the social economy.
