"A new social enterprise - a chance for employment, social and professional integration of vulnerable groups in the field of maintenance and repair of motor vehicles."

The project proposal generates ideas and mechanisms to create a social enterprise - "Car maintenance and repair of motor vehicles". The project is aimed at facilitating access to employment and promoting social inclusion of persons belonging to vulnerable groups by creating appropriate conditions for their professional and social integration in the social economy. The project addresses the intentions initiatives in the context scheduling objectives and priorities of HRD OP 2014-2020, and is aimed at supporting access to employment for vulnerable groups, socially excluded persons and persons with low competitiveness on the labor market, providing them jobs, income, training and modern equipment jobs in the social economy. Social enterprise will achieve measurable, positive social impact. Main activities provided in the project: - Recruitment and employment of unemployed and / or inactive people-target groups; - Psychological support and motivation; - Providing training to enhance the managerial and business skills of employees under the project; - Provision of equipment of newly created jobs; - Visualization, Information and publicity; - Organization and Project Management. The activities are aimed at providing equal opportunities for different people, representatives of vulnerable groups and other socially excluded persons. They will create 6 new jobs for the unemployed and / or inactive: - young people up to '29; -people with disabilities; -people-low education; -unemployed persons over '54; The main objective of the project is aimed at providing easy access to employment and to support the social inclusion of vulnerable groups by unleashing social enterprise and creating the right conditions for professional integration in the social economy.
