The revival of crafts in the Northwest region

Creation of a new social enterprise,regenerating and extending the traditions of typical crafts for the region in carpet weaving and pottery,will satisfy the public needs in the Northwest part of Bulgaria for professional implementation and integration of disadvantaged people in the labor market.The target groups,this project is aimed at,are inactive and unemployed people,including unemployed youths under 29 years;unemployed over 54;long-term unemployed and those with primary or lower education without any professional qualification.The objectives of the project are:facilitating the access to employment;support of vulnerable groups for social inclusion through the creation of appropriate conditions for their professional integration in the field of social economy;establishing a new social enterprise, which will provide sustainable jobs and inclusion in employment of 25 disadvantaged people in the labor market;participation in trainings for acquiring the necessary qualifications and experience.The activities for realization of the specified objectives under the project are:motivating people from the target groups for inclusion in employment;social and professional orientation of representatives of vulnerable groups toward integration in the social economy sector;professional training for acquiring qualifications,knowledge and experience required for the specific job;training in key competence 4"Digital competence";equipment for the newly created jobs;employment of trained people;Social marketing and promotion of the social market economy and social entrepreneurship.The expected results are:creation of a new social enterprise to Municipality of Chiprovci;conducted motivational meetings and professional orientation of 30 people, 25 people participating in professional training courses in 2 professions,3 equipped and renovated rooms and 25 employed persons on labor contracts in the social enterprise;conducted market research for realization of the goods and services.
