Municipal Social Enterprise "Landscaping and Urban Development"

The project proposal Municipal Social Enterprise "Landscaping and Public Works" aims at social and professional integration of persons from vulnerable groups by promoting social entrepreneurship in order to improve the quality of life and to overcome the consequences of social exclusion and poverty of these persons. It is envisaged to organize and conduct motivational training and professional training in the profession "Landscaping Worker" specialty "Landscaping and Floriculture" for acquiring first degree and the improvement of skills and knowledge contributes to the successful realization of the persons on the labor market, their retention and especially to increase their professional development opportunities.Another main activity is organizing and conducting training focused on development of social competences in order to motivate the ambition of independence, self-assertion, self-expression, and personal growth of the most vulnerable part of society, namely people with special needs, persons in unequal on the labor market and other socially excluded persons. The project will help improve access to employment and tackle poverty and social exclusion by providing employment in the social enterprise for a period of 12 months.
