Development of social entrepreneurship and providing support for social inclusion of vulnerable groups

This project proposal focuses on the social and professional integration of persons disadvantaged in the labor market and other socially excluded persons-unemployed youths up to 29years including; long-term unemployed and inactive persons. The project's main goal is to facilitate access to employment and to provide support for social inclusion of vulnerable groups by creating appropriate conditions for their professional integration in the social economy. This Goal will be achieved through the implementation of the project activities:A1:Support and motivation of representatives of the vulnerable groups for inclusion in employment; A2:Social and Professional Integration of representatives of vulnerable groups in the social economy sector; A3:Support for employment for a period of 12 months; A4:Equipment of the newly created work-places in relation with the activity of the social enterprise; For execution of the activities there will be implemented the following measures: presenting the objectives, activities, schedule of the project;clear definition and allocation of tasks and responsibilities; determination of internal rules for working; selection of candidates from the target group for the new jobs; conduction of trainings for inclusion in employment and social and professional integration; signing of contracts and provision of monthly salary of 6 representatives of the target group; management of scope, schedule, budget, quality, communications,HR, procurement and risks; promoting the contribution of the EU and OPHRD to the project among the community; The project implementation will lead to the achievement of the following results: 1. Motivated 6 persons from vulnerable groups for inclusion in employment; 2. Ensured long-term employment for 6 unemployed persons for 12m; 3. Increased levels of knowledge and competence of vulnerable groups; 4. Purchased equipment related with the new work places; 5. Promoted EU contribution for realizing the project
