Establishment of a Social Enterprise "Municipal Laundry"- Garmen

The project activities are aimed at providing support for the establishment of a Social Enterprise "Municipal Laundry"-Garmen,this project will ensure,free of charge,the employment of 16 unemployed persons over 54years of age for the period of 12months. The activity will be located in a municipal property located in the village of Marchevo,which will be reconstructed for this purpose according to Regulation 37 of RZI.The work of the new municipal social enterprise will ensure and continuously support the activity of kindergartens and social institutions in the municipality.It is aimed at addressing the problems that arise from the poverty and social isolation of the people from the adjacent villages in the municipality.A new successful social model of a municipal enterprise will be created to serve this purpose, this new enterprise will be with flexible working hours and modern management.A special focus is building a consumer network for the tourism sector in this region, a region that has the potential to generate income for the local population, thus influencing migration processes and creating conditions for young people to return from where they are currently studying and working abroad. The rules that will be laid down on this project will concern the internal labor order, technological card and working methodology. Activities: - Realization of construction and repair works - Psychological support and motivation of 16 unemployed,inactive persons and the unemployed over 54years of age - Appointing the Social Enterprise Team /6p. - Inclusion in employment for 12 months of 16p. - Purchasing furniture and equipment /2 profesional washing machines, 2 dryers, 2 ironing coils, racks, etc. - Social marketing This activity will build on the European practices and deliver results in line with the 3 pillars of the HRD OP strategy - higher and better quality employment; reducing poverty and promoting social inclusion; modernizing public policies.
