Socialization of "Elkabel-CC" Ltd.

The project proposal is expressed in the intention of "Elkabel-SS" Ltd. to register a social enterprise in partnership with "Ekaterina Karavelova" Women Association, which aims to create conditions for hiring disabled people, disadvantaged persons on the labor market and others socially excluded people to limit unemployment and stimulate social entrepreneurship in Silistra, which is located in a region characterized by high unemployment. In the project proposal included consultation with a certified and experienced psychologist target groups set out in the proposal to resolve the problems encountered with long-term unemployment, health problems and caused by them family problems. With the project proposal will provide jobs to 24 persons are targeted to people with disabilities, people disadvantaged in the labor market and other socially excluded persons. For the needs of persons will be purchased equipment to ensure the stability of jobs, and which will facilitate work process to ensure that people with disabilities can more easily in activities in the manufacturing process. In the project proposal are set costs for publicity and visualization, as well as costs for organization and management, which will help correct implementation of the planned project proposal activities and also will inform interested groups about the project, its objectives and also and the contribution of the European Social Fund for project implementation.
