Available opportunities for members of vulnerable groups for career in IT sector

This project will support the applicant NET IT Ltd for the realization of socially responsible mission in two directions- on the one hand to support vulnerable people in the labor market - creating new employment opportunities and social inclusion, and on the other hand- with the help of people from the target group to achieve positive social impact by helping others vulnerable groups in the labor market in preparation for a career in one of the most competitive and innovative industries- IT through free career consultations and specialized IT training. The target group of the project includes 11 youths under 29 years of age- disadvantaged group on the labour market. The overall objective of the project is to facilitate access to employment and social inclusion of the 11 members of the target group through their inclusion in subsidized employment and providing sustainable employment in a new social enterprise. The following project activities are planned: selection of the people from the target group, selection of supplier and delivery of the necessary equipment for the recruitments, selection of suppliers for the planned services ( office rent and occupational medicine) ; Hiring representatives of the target group and providing sustainable employment in the new social enterprise. Within the project we will also perform the necessary activities for the organization and project management, as well as information and communication in accordance with the conditions and requirements of the program. As a result of the project we expect to establish a separate part of the structure of NET IT Ltd., to launch socially responsible activity aimed at providing free advice, guidance and training in information technology for unemployed persons wishing to qualify or re-qualify to a promising career in the IT field.
