Development of social entrepreneurship in Raven Consulting Group for employment and enchancing the quality of life

This project proposal developed by the Applicant "Raven Consulting Group" Ltd. corresponds completely with the priorities of the HRD OP, a procedure for granting financial assistance BG05M9OP001-2.010 "Development of social entrepreneurship and Priority Axis 1 "Reducing poverty and promoting of social inclusion". The project will be implemented on the territory of South-West region, Sofia city. The social enterprise wihtin project will be develop, will be provided employment of the target groups and will be conducted training for staff of social enterprise. The implementation of activities will promote social inclusion and integration into society of persons disadvantaged in the labor market and other socially excluded persons. Through its activities and services offered, the newly established social enterprise will contribute to reducing poverty and improving quality of life. Main activities in the project proposal: 1.Hiring of 7 disadvantaged in the labor market and other socially excluded persons and disabled people 2. Purchase of equipment for new created working places in connection with the activities of the social enterprise 3. Providing training on key competency for 7 employed persons. Retention of 50% of the working places /4 employees / for 6 months after completion of the project is guaranteed. Activities of project management and project organization, information and publicity are in the spirit of good practice and are spelled out in full compliance with the Handbook of Beneficiary implementing rules for information and communication 2014-2020. The project and activities are set and met all horizontal principles of HRD OP.
