Establishment of a social enterprise "Broker 360"

The overall objective of this project is to promote the employment of disadvantaged people in the labor market and other socially excluded persons through inclusion in employment in the social economy. The general and specific objectives of the project will be achieved through the following activities: 1) Social and professional integration of people employed in social enterprise entities targeted 2) Support for the employment of persons targeted 3) Equipment of newly created jobs in the social enterprise. The implementation of the activities will achieve the following key results: 1. Implemented process of social and vocational integration of employees, representatives of the target group. Created suitable working environment and climate for newly employed 11 employees. Conducted three types of trainings to provide specific services. Two consultants had provided expert support to the socia enterprise; 2. Activated, inofrmed and included disadvantaged persons in the labor market for the purposes of the project. Conducted successful selection process of members of the target group in accordance with best practices and complied horizontal principles. Employed 11 new persons for a period of 12 months with regulated labor and social security relations under the Bulgarian labor and social security legislation. 3. Successfully launched new entity functioning in the social economy. 4. Established sustainability of the jobs performed by supplying equipment and furnishings under the provisions of the concluded contracts. Software optimization tested. Resource and software securing of the established jobs in the social enterprise.
