Support for social inclusion of persons from vulnerable groups in the municipality of Ardino through Social Entrepreneurship

This project under OP "Human Resources Development" 2014-2020, which is a procedure for selection of projects BG05M9OP001-2.007 "Development of Social Entrepreneurship", aims to facilitate access to employment and to provide support for social inclusion of vulnerable groups by creating appropriate conditions for their professional integration in the social economy in Ardino municipality, Kardzhali province. The project activities are aimed at expanding the existing municipal enterprise "Service Center at home environment" in the Ardino municipality to provide employment through: - Psychological support and motivate individuals from vulnerable groups for inclusion and employment; - Social and professional integration of vulnerable groups in the social policy; - Equipping of workplaces created in the building representing municipal property, provided for the project in the city Ardino; - Support the employment in a period of 12 months; - Survey of demand and the market facilities for the manufactured goods and provided services; - Social marketing and promotion of the social economy and social entrepreneurship; The project proposal is aimed at people with disabilities and disadvantaged in the labor market and other socially excluded people in the territory of Ardino municipality. Through social economy and social entrepreneurship will be resolved part of the existing acute problems of the unemployment and employment of vulnerable groups in the municipality. The project implementation will contribute to the practicing of the Strategy for development of social services in the municipality of Ardino 2016-2020, adopted by Decision №172 / 10.26.2016.
