Creating a social enterprise in Avangard Print

According to NSA(National Statistical Institute), Bulgaria is one of the countries with highest poverty risk in European Union. Falling into poverty is caused by unemployment or expulsion of vulnerable social groups out of country`s social life. In these groups includes long-term unemployed people, people with disabilities, senior people, et cetera. The project aims to create such conditions that will include in employment people from vulnerable groups from labor market. That will be achieved by establishing a social enterprise. In order to achieve these objectives 3 activities will be made: 1) Employment of 3 persons with disabilities and 3 persons that are long-term unemployed. Those people will be part of the team that is manufacturing products of social enterprise; 2) Providing equipment that the people from the target groups will work with and will manufacturing products of social enterprise; 3) Providing mentors that will guide the persons from the target group and will demonstrate the working process. Newly created social enterprise will invest part of the profit in implementation of social activates supporting employment of vulnerable groups in the labor market. Anticipated result: - employment of persons part of vulnerable groups in labor market; - work experience of target group; - created and functioning social enterprise and newly adding workplaces; -generating profit that will be invested in activities supporting groups with difficulties in the labor market.
