Foundation "Rescue Mission" aims to create and develop Social company "Palace of happy people" through which to create suitable working conditions and social conditions inclusion better and dignified life for people from vulnerable groups and their integration into society. The main objective of the project proposal is everyone with their uniqueness to get feasibility, regardless of ethnicity, gender, disability, age, social status. To ensure higher and better jobs, as the aim is to increase economic activity and simultaneously improving access to employment for job seekers unemployed and to provide an opportunity for employees in the enterprise easier to adapt to the changing needs of the economy and the labor market, including through the development of knowledge and skills by recruiting mentors to pass on the experience and skills. To ensure higher and better jobs, provides: - Psychological support and motivate individuals from vulnerable groups for inclusion in employment; - Social and professional integration of members of vulnerable groups in the social economy sector; - Provide a mentor for newly hired persons; - Equipment of newly created jobs and, if necessary, their adaptation for persons with disabilities; - Support for employment for up to 12 months; - Social marketing and promotion of the social economy and social entrepreneurship. Through the development and implementation of social strategy, social enterprise will adhere to the principles of humanity and solidarity by providing affordable and quality social services in the newly established social enterprise, integrating communities, self-fulfillment and care for people in risk groups.
