Social inclusion in new technologies

The objective of this project is to support the social enterprise which offer IT and computer services for employment of people with disabilities in the field of virtual reality. Virtual reality represents an innovation in modern technology to create a new type of multimedia products which will find increasing application in all areas of life. Leading organization is "VR VISION" Ltd, which has self-styled in its founding Act, published in the Commercial Register, as a social enterprise and the partner is Foundation "Empathy" - Varna, which is provider of social services. The project includes the following activities: - Psychological support and motivation of 10 people with disabilities to be included in employment; - Social and professional integration of 10 people with disabilities in the social economy sector; - Providing training for key competence 4 - "Digital competence" of 6 persons with disabilities; - Equipment of newly created jobs; - Support for the employment of people with disabilities - 6 persons for a period of 10 months; - Social marketing and promotion of the social economy and social entrepreneurship by creating a site of social enterprises, where videos made by "VR VISION" will be published. As a result of project activities 10 people with disabilities will receive support and motivation to actively market behavior, and 6 of them will be included in training in digital competence, after which they will be employed for 10 months.
