Social inclusion through the creation of entrepreneur service team for administrative and management activities

Social entrepreneurship at EU policy level is identified as a key instrument for innovation and tackling poverty and social exclusion and identified as an instrument for achieving the Europe 2020 strategic goals. The idea of creating a new social enterprise will serve as a bridge for successful integration of vulnerable groups and provided administrative support to the NGO sector. The planned project activities will provide conditions for adaptation through psychological and educational counseling to support the employment of 6 disadvantaged persons on the labor market - unemployed youths up to 29 years of age - 4 and 2 long-term unemployed / unemployed - single parents / unemployed over 54 years old. There will be a suitable room, furnished and equipped with reliable computer and office equipment for creating new jobs and starting an administrative team to help the NGO sector and start-up entrepreneurs. An internet site will be developed and materials and consumables will be delivered to ensure that the newly recruited professionals are involved. Employees assigned to the program "Development of programs and projects" will be assisted by a team of managers and accountants, providing them with permanent working conditions, training them and introducing them in the field of development, management of projects under national and European programs, the search for partnerships and donor organizations to fund social causes. Newly recruited staff will be involved in CC6 training "Public and Civil Competencies" to reinforce horizontal principles and acquire skills in European integration. The sustainability of the social enterprise will be assisted by a formed organization and management team that will keep track of progress at every stage. An effective campaign will be organized to promote the project with visualization tools to reflect the received contribution of the EU and ESF to the realization of the project idea.
