Social entrepreneurship through professional integration and solidarity

Entrepreneurship in the modern worldview requires more attention to the study of the customer, responding to the increased requirements and satisfaction of future benefits, consistently building up the role of entrepreneur, even in the social sphere. This project proposal will create a social enterprise (SE) formed by a team of six newly appointed insurance brokers and experts, representatives of vulnerable groups, difficult positioning in the labor market. Originally it will organize selection and then approved representatives will be involved in training to support their future job description job in key competence 6 "Social and civic competences". The possibility of long-term employment for 6 representatives from different target groups - unemployed youths up to 29 years of age; unemployed persons over 54, long-term unemployed; unemployed - single parents and / or mothers of children up to 5 years of age; disabled- will be provided along with functional formed a team of social enterprise - manager, financier and expert support and training new hires persons in their new positions and directing them to achieve durable results in the insurance field. Adapting to market requirements, people will be encouraged by the team to the personal development and professional development. Given the establishment of a new SE as an insurance office will recruit and maintain suitable premises, which will gradually furnish to create a work environment for new faces. It will buy and insure professional computer and mobile Tools and equipment for work for each job, along with the necessary materials and supplies workflow. It will contribute to the sustainability of SE through the implementation of effective promotional activities, and formed a team organization and management will observe the progress of each stage. It will arrange sufficient publicity with appropriate visualization to accommodate the resulting contribution of the EU and ESF for implementation of the project idea.
