Social entrepreneurship - effective model for professional development and employment in art workshop

With the project proposal aims at creating a social enterprise in the field of folk art support and understanding life time a total of 12 representatives from different t groups - unemployed youths up to 29 years of age; unemployed youths from soc institutions; unemployed over 54, unemployed persons with permanent disabilities; unemployed - single parents and/or mothers of children up to 5 years of age; persons with disabilities. It will organize the identification and selection of project participants through established principles and methods, and then run sessions of individual and group psychological support - basic techniques for dealing with stress and increase self-esteem, methods of self-improvement and goal setting, and the next stage building skills to cope in the workplace. In parallel with consultations for educational support, will organize trainings on qualification - prof "Tailor" and "drivers of public transport" for learning basic techniques for working in an art workshop, and through training KK6 it will develop social competencies conflict management and negotiation. Daily mentees workplace of 4 mentors 11 tailors and one driver will be appointed on a labor contract for 12 months, which will start legally distinct and practical activities of social enterprise - art workshop for making theater puppets and embroidered products with Bulgarian embroidery and ornaments of folk art. At employed for this purpose room will deliver prof sewing equipment, software, furniture and equipment for sewing, knitting and embroidery, along with necessary materials and supplies. Will produce individual products, researching the market and environment for marketing of finished products. Individuals it will be served by the O M and the equipment will be insured. It will promote the activities of the appointed team of soc enterprise, which will be included in training for dealer and KK7 initiative and entrepreneurship by licensed NAPOO partner VTC.
