Culinary social enterprise Druster

The World Business Council for Sustainable Development is based on the idea that CSR is a long-term commitment by business to behave ethically and contribute to economic development while improving the quality of life of its employees and their families, the local community, as well as society as a whole. Through the project proposal will create a social enterprise with a set of resources, unifying attitudes, decisions and actions oriented society, in particular - vulnerable groups. The start of Culinary social enterprise Druster will provide employment for at least 12 persons, representatives of social groups - young people up to 29 years old, unemployed over the '54 and the disabled for 12 months with a commitment to sustainability at least six months after the end of activities . Appointed 8 hour labor contract positions chef, pastry chef and driver will perform effectively culinary production. In the first months of his employment persons will rely on mentoring support than 6 mentors, and for the overall management of the social enterprise will carry a 12-month appointed team manager and accountant. For successful adaptation of individuals and acquisition of basic skills will organize professional training of the profession "Baker-confectioner" specialty Production of confectionery and profession "Cook" specialty "Production of culinary and beverages" lasting 660 hours each. Applying a learned results will take place on suitably equipped and furnished jobs with kitchen facilities, utensils, tools, materials and supplies to start producing pasta and ice cream. For the realization of planned activities and targets will form a team organization and management which respects the progress of each stage. There will arrange sufficient publicity with appropriate visualization to accommodate the resulting contribution of the EU and ESF for implementation of the project idea.
